Understanding the problem
Atlas managed 22 portfolio companies across two partners, tracking updates in a shared Google Sheet that had grown unwieldy and was frequently out of date.
The Solution
Our approach
A simple internal web app where each portfolio company has a profile page with key metrics, a notes log, and next-action reminders. Built lean, with no unnecessary automation.
The Outcome
Measurable impact
Both partners now have a shared, up-to-date view of the portfolio. Quarterly LP updates take less time to prepare, and nothing falls through the cracks between check-ins.
