Our Story

From a Berlin basement to
three continents

Obsidian Fern began in 2019 as a collaboration between two restless creatives who believed that digital experiences could be so much more than templates and trends.

What started as late-night experiments in a Berlin basement has grown into a global studio spanning Berlin, Tokyo, and São Paulo. But our core belief remains unchanged: every pixel, every line of code, every strategic decision should serve a purpose.

Today, we partner with ambitious brands and visionary founders to build products that do not just compete—they redefine categories. Our work has been recognized by Awwwards, Red Dot, and the Webby Awards, but our greatest pride comes from the success of our clients.
